Etching with drypoint 416x575 mm. Second state of three with the dedication by Giovanni Domenico de Rossi, Testa's publisher, to Giovanni Tommaso Reverdino, Knight of Jerusalem, replacing the original dedication by Testa to Joanni Minard, with two lines of explanation of the allegory . A very fine, strong and contrasting impression. With margins of 5 to 10 mm         around the distinct platemark and with the auxiliary lines for the  inscription clearly discernible. In excellent condition. Watermark: Anchor with letters M and N in a circle under six pointed star.
